Your CPU is currently unable to run a virtual machine.
1) Check your CPU/Processor model by right clicking on the Windows button and selecting "System".
2) Find the CPU on the manufacturer's website. In order for the virtual machine to work the CPU must have either VT-x or AMD-V technology.
3) If your processor has either technology then you need to access your BIOS. Ensure that Security > Virtualisation is enabled.
4) If you are still getting the error, open a Command Prompt (Admin) window and type: "dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V"
5) If Command Prompt replies that Hyper-V is not installed, and you are getting the same error, see a TA in the labs.
